Vilocity Acquires Boston's WebNesting

Vilocity Interactive, a leading marketing and interactive development agency, has acquired Boston-based WebNesting, a provider of website development and hosting services. The firm will continue to operate under the name Vilocity Interactive, Inc.

With existing offices in Phoenix and Cleveland, Vilocity Interactive continues to expand their national reach, adding 18 Boston-area clients as part of the agreement.

“Over the past 10 years, Vilocity Interactive has worked with many businesses across the country,” said Vilocity Interactive’s founder, Ron Mileti. “Adding clients in the Boston market will make a great addition to our portfolio of work.”

Vilocity Interactive will provide Web hosting and ongoing maintenance for the newly acquired clients, which include Martine Avenue Productions, (the Web site for the estate of Dudley Moore), Shoreview Distribution (electronics retailer), Boston Realty Works (real estate broker), Pro Audio Design (audiovisual consulting and installation), and many others.
